今年の冬も、妙高杉ノ原スキー場にてIDEAスキー教室を開催しました
すこし急な斜面でもみんな挑戦して滑れるようになり一日で成長を感じました。
お昼はアウトドアランチ！BBQをしてホットドッグを食べました

We had another ski trip to Myoko Suginohara Ski Resort this winter .
Everyone was challenging to ski even on the steeper slopes, and I could see their growth in just one day.
For lunch, we had a BBQ and hotdogs in the snow.
